Hey There!
I’m Megan. I’m the girl running around with a messy bun on top of her head, carrying a huge bag with a smushed banana at the bottom, and mentally going through a to-do list. Maybe you’ve seen me? Sometimes I feel like I’m going a bit nanners. You too?!!
Welcome!
I’m glad you’re here! I can’t say I’ll solve all your problems (I wish). Or add an extra hour in the day (although, it just might feel like it). But I can help with healthy meal planning (because I’m weirdly obsessed).
Here’s the thing:
It’s hard to keep up with life. You have a lot of things going on. You have many goals and commitments. There could be wine dates, playdates, date-dates, spin class, dance class, class-class, yoga practice, swim practice, breathing practice (huh?), saying yes more, saying no more, tv shows (yes), laundry (no), dishes (double no), working out (eh), oh yeah – and work (always getting in the way of things).
So tell me if the following is you…
Health and wellness is a priority. (Yeah)
Nutritious eating is important. (Sure)
You wonder, agonize, and lose sleep over what to eat. (Maybe)
Your life is too hectic to even have a pla.* (a wha?)
You don’t want to cook everyday. (YES!)
If you answered as the prompts told you to then you’re in the right place. Let’s start planning, baby!
*Double points for you if you caught the FRIENDS reference.
The Plan:
Look at your week. Pick a breakfast. Pick a lunch. Pick a dinner or two. Maybe double a recipe and freeze half for an upcoming busy week. The kitchen is your oyster. Okay, ready? Let’s go!
The Meals:
Breakfast
Grab + Go style breakfast because we are busy humans and not a Kellogg’s breakfast commercial. These are light breakfasts packed with protein and healthy fats to keep you focused and energized throughout the morning.
Lunch
All recipes yield 5 healthy and nutritious lunches. And whatta ya know, there’s an average of 5 working days in a week…coincidence? Are you prepping for more than just you? Double it or maybe midweek make another recipe!
These lunches are purposely cold so:
- you can eat anywhere (car, desk, between errands…).
- you don’t have to find a microwave.
- your food won’t give off an offensive smell in the office (no one wants to be that person).
Also, I make lunches the healthiest meal of the day. Why? Because you’re stuck with it and either have to eat your vegetables or starve.
Dinner
The main event! Easy. Delicious. Satisfying. Done. I make dinner the yummiest meal of the day so I don’t keep snacking until bedtime. I’m sure there’s some kind of science behind it.
And More:

Going (less) Nanners:
Wow! I’m super excited you made it to the end! I want to leave you with one final note.
When life hits you where it hurts, remember, no one has their nanner on straight. We’re in this together and I hope we can throw our hands up, laugh about it, and have fun with each other. If you need a laugh, read some of these stories here and know you’re not alone. If you have a laugh to give, please share it here: (links coming soon).
